Singpho,(MO I/C; Kharsang PHC, Changlang Dist) who passed away on 01.06.2010 in a tragic fire accident... The APDA strongly condemn the – false accusations, arrest, illegal detention, Grievous physical assault on Dr Tana Talin Tara (MO Leporiang, Papum Pare) while on official duty by the Naharlagun OC and his immediate superior on 20th June 2010. The APDA appeal to the concerned official for appropriate disciplinary action against the police officers for their inhumane and savage act and for maligning the image of Police Department... All District Unit of APDA are requested to have one E-mail ID of their respective Dist. for easy and fast correspondence. "The APDA deeply mourn the sad demise of Dr. Rabhi Kipa, who passed away on 14/03/2010"... Doctors who have recently retired are (i) Dr. S. C. Yadav MO (SG), (ii) Dr. S. K. Haque Surgeon (SG), (iii) Dr P. C. Das MO (SG), (iv) Dr. B. C. Sharma (Supertime Grade Specialist)... All district units are requested to start collecting funds for (i) APDA legal fund (ii) Financial assistance to Dr Genden Tsering. The money collected for Dr Genden Tsering may be deposited in his SBI A/c No: 11869388243. The list of contributors may be faxed or mailed to Central APDA for compilation. For any clarification, please contact Dr Genden Tsering - 09436221602... DMOs of all Districts, CMO General Hospital, Naharlagun; & DDHS (T&R) Pasighat are requested to send the vigilance report of all Doctors whose Time bound promotion is due as on December 2009, under their jurisdiction to the Directorate office at the earliest to enable early DPC for the same (Ref. DHS letter No. MCON-7/2007 dated 29th Jan.2010)... All in-service Doctors are humbly requested to get registered as APDA member as early as possible... Those Doctors who have submitted their membership fee with photo and have not received the registration and ID Card may kindly contact Gen Secy (APDA)...
